The amount of hair needed depends widely on the style, type, and size of jewelry. Any amount of hair can be incorporated and your options will be determined during the consultation.

Generally:

0-3 in: Compartment rings or small lockets with flat palette work or sepia

3-6 in: Including the techniques listed above, more extensive palette work, rings or pendants with small knots or micro-wire gimp work

6+ in: Including the techniques listed above, rings, pendants, and bracelets with loom woven, knots, and table braided pieces

Absolutely. Jewelry can be made with many things, such as pet fur, horse hair, teeth, claws, and cremains - anything that holds sentimental value.

Pieces can be tailored to any budget and will be discussed during your consultation. Price is based off of how detailed or extensive the jewelry is, with basic pieces starting at $150.
